Stay Away From Web Prosperity MLM…?
Here are some reasons other bloggers and site owners are telling people to stay away from WebProsperity:
- No physical products
- 2 X15 matrix will never be filled
- Terms and conditions of commissions subject to change
REBUTTAL:
THEY SAY:
WebProsperity has no actual physical products being shipped, therefore it’s not your typical MLM, therefore not a REAL MLM.
I SAY:
MLM, or Multi-level marketing is a method of distribution and networking combined.
It’s multi-level to accomplish a multi-tiered compensation plan.
Who said there has to be a physical product involved with MLM programs?
Do you know how much it costs to make herbal tea products, Wealth-buolding DVD sets, or any of the other typical MLM phyiscal products?
Next to nothing…. to reproduce these DVDs and ship them out for the cost of Shipping and Handling.
The real cost involved here is the time and effort it takes to produce the intial DVDS, then you can even upload these to Konako and have the DVDS made for less than the cost of Shiping and Handling.
It also costs next to nothing to create the health-related products that are the backbone for many MLM programs.
The real effort behind these products is finding and creating a great health product that actually works.
I pay about $60.00/month to have a cleansing herbal tea product delivered to my house every month, but I know how much it costs to make that tea, and I know that it’s not costing them even 10% of my 60/month to make that tea.
However, it works for me and improves my health so I continue getting this tea, just for the product alone…period!
I don’t even promote the MLM program that delivers this product to me monthly because MLM is not my thing, except for WebProsperity now.
What is the best bang-forthe-buck you can spend on your online business?
Is it digital information products that may or may not end up gathering digital dust on your hard drive?
Is the best bang-for-your-buck achieved by paying to be a paid member of a mastermind group, or a paid forum?
Is the best bang for your buck realized from memberships to PLR and MRR sites?
At the end of the day, there are certain things you will need, (not want… but need…) to use for your online business.
When you become more streamlined and systematized with your online business practices, you will start to rely on certain things more often, while you get less value out of other things…
What is the “thing” that you can’t live without in your online business?
Is it web-hosting?
Well, maybe you can use free blogs, and Squidoo Lenses and Hub Pages and what-not, but look aorund you and ask yourself what the big-dogs are doing…
Are they running their online empire via myriad free web real estate, or do they have their own websites, and perhaps many of them?
Web hosting is a service you need to pay for and long-term success with your online business will depend on how well you this service.
You can and will make money without having your own websites and paying for web-hosting, but if you look aorund you’ll see that not many people who are doing really well for themselves online are without hosting.
WebProsperity will give you a page of your own to promote to get signups but I do not recommend you make that your focal point for promoting this program…
These self-replicated sites are nice-looking and all, but they don’t make you different and will not separate you from everyone else who is promoting the program.
Which is why…again… using a service like web-hosting is crucial to your long-term online success.
What’s another tool that’s crucial to your online success?
Is there any type of FREE autoresponder that can do the same job as AWeber and Get Response?
Is there any Free or one-time fee autoresponder out there that will get through all the Spam filters for you?
NOPE… that’s why an autorepsonder is probably a more important tool to have than even web-hosting…
WebProsperity will allow you to use their autoresponder, but it’s a real autoresponder, not one that is merely running off their domain and not white-listed with the ISPs, like the free, less reliable autoresponder services are..
The Implix goup behind the GetResponse auto-responder are providing an autoresponder service as part of the suite of resources they’re providing for WebProsperity members.
What’s another service/tool that successful marketers use in their every day operations?
Audio and video creating software.
Go look at your typical MLM promotion page in the PayPerclick Ads on Google. You’ll see that some people are merely promoting their affiliate links, but the big dogs are sucking in new prospects with name capture pages (AKA squeeze or splash pageS) that have audio that plays on those pages…
- Some people use AudioAcrobat for this (I do).
- Some people use TalkStream (Implix’s version of this)
- Some people use some other third-party tool to create and display their audios on the page, but from my experience with using stand-alone, one-time-fee types of audio creation products, they’re a lot harder to use and don’t have any transcribing or editing tools.
- With WebProsperity you get to use an audio creation tool as well
Nor do the stand-alone tools offer the ability to do interviews, to allow for dial-in testimonials, or many of the other features that a service gives you.
Audio creation software may be something you’re not ready for yet, and I understand that. But when you look aorund and open your eyes and start looking and analyzing what the nicest looking pages have on them, and what the semingl ymost successful marketers are doing, you’ll see they’r eusing autoresponders and audio software on thei rpages.
Wanna succceed, like…truly succeed online?

Do Not reinvent the wheel

Almost all MLM or high-ticket program have opportuity and trianing calls, and they use this type of software to manage those calls.
Yes, you get this type of tool as well with WebProsperity…
Point being, it’s services that provide you the most valuable bang for your buck…
Point being… learn to use and then actually use the tools and services that successful marketers use if you want to succeed online…
Which beings me to the next point that the anti-WebProsperity bloggers are putting out there…
2- “Nobody is going to be able to fill their 2 X15 matrix”, especially when it comes time for the people in the program to pay up or ship out…”
Above, I noted that there are 3 tools/services that will help you succeed online (autoresponder, audio creation, seminar tool)…
With WebProsperity you have all those tools in one, and then some….
Who cares if you don’t fill your matrix?
You shouldn’t focus on that if you’re new to oonline marketing, don’t have a list, or don’t really know how to promote the program…
The fact of the matter is, WebProsperity provides a suite of tools that you should be using anyways, at a reduced cost when you consider what all of those tools would cost you if you pay for each one seperately..
Maybe some people won’t fill their 2 X 15 matrix…
Maybe some people won’t have a great downline, or upline…
It doesn’t matter…
It saves you money on your marketing expenses…
If you do have a list and you do know how to promote a program, then you can safely say this is a wise business decision….
Another point the anti-MLM bloggers are stating…
3- “It says in the legalese terms and conditions that they commission percentage is subject to change at any time…”
So what?
Did I mention this is a cost-saving program?
Do you really think WebProsperity is going to change their payplan to lessen the perecentage, thereby taking all steam out of their growth?
MLM programs rely on their “revolutionary” payplans top maintain long-term success. Therefore changing the payplan structure for greedy purposes will be detrimetnal to their growth and longevity.
It could happen, and I’m not predicting that it won’t happen, either…
I’m just saying that it’d be foolish for them to do so..
Again, it doesn’t matter…
WebProsperity is a cost-saving program for you, and your team or for whomever you recommend this to…
Final points:
Every single product launch will have some site owners and bloggers declaring the negative aspects of any program, and they’re entitled to their opinion.
I’ve done that myself, personally and got flak for it, but it’s also a way for people to declare themsleves as anti-gurus….anti-hype, anti-bandwagon types…
There’s always an audience waiting to pounce on something popular ad decree if unsavory, and not worth their efforts etc….
There is always room for another fear-mongering post or page since people will either find a reason to join, or keep looking for reasons NOT to join…
When I write something and publish it online, I write exactly how I feel, and am OK with others who have different opinions.
We can agree to disagree…
If you feel like you’re too late and the bandwagon/opportunity is passing you by, don’t use this as an excuse to not join…
When the tire-kickers get flushed out of the program come pay-up or ship-out time, there will be a condensation of the matrix and it will merely be filled with positive paying members.
This tightens things up a bit, and will bring you closer to the top no matter when you join.
Then the spillover will start to trickle down to you…
And now you’re in a program that save syou money, is giving you spillover, residual commissions, and access to services that you need to be using anyways…
